ANSWER: Here is the solution...

Reinforcement rings or rerings are a second layer of steel that is welded to a center to increase the thickness around the bolt circle where breaks or cracks usually appear. This strengthens the center allowing for more load especially on uneven ground. We have rerings in stock for most popular bolt patterns. The rerings have a countersink if needed. We sell longer lug bolts in some of the more common sizes if needed. Some replacement lug bolts and nuts have the wrong countersink. Make sure you are replacing with the same angle on the countersink or your lug bolts or nuts will not stay tight.
Contact us for sizes, pricing or questions.

Installation steps...

  1. Remove wheel from equipment.
  2. Flatten out any high spots on the center.
  3. Install rering on concave side of center with counter sink side up.
  4. Fasten the center and rering together with close fitting bolts and nuts in opposite holes of center.
  5. Weld the rering to the center around the outside of the rering.
  6. Reinstall the wheel making sure the lugs or nuts have full threads.

For low speed non-highway use only.
